This person must be able to communicate with a variety of different audiences and must have strong presentation skills. The ability to work in a cohesive team (Protegic and the client team) is important for this role.
Role description:
- Testing of allocated Dynamics CRM projects
- Author test cases and provide input to test strategy and test plans
- Design, create and execute test cases in DevOps
- Write clear, reproducible bug reports and collaborate with developers to get them fixed
- Mentor a team of junior testers and drive them to follow best testing practices
- Perform timeboxed regression testing in pre-prod environments
- Work collaboratively with development teams to build a solid understanding of testing
Objectives And Requirements
- Liaise with key stakeholders including development team coordinators, product managers and business analysts
Technical Requirements
- 5–7 years’ experience in completing the whole testing life cycle activities – including unit
integration, regression and acceptance testing
- Experience with testing Microsoft Dynamics projects
- Experience with DevOps
- Experience and knowledge of PowerApps
Behavioural Requirements
- Must be an Australian Citizen to obtain an active Baseline clearance (if you don’t already hold an active Baseline clearance)
- Agile project delivery experience
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Ability to effectively recognise and adapt to change
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community
