Protegic is seeking a highly experienced hands on Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis practice on a major enterprise-wide transformation program. This program is driven by a combination of regulatory requirements and a strategic focus on enhancing customer experience through modern digital, data, and platform capabilities.
You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end business analysis across multiple concurrent work streams
What you will be doing:
- Lead the execution of business analysis deliverables across large-scale programs, including:
- Preliminary analysis and problem/opportunity definition
- Enterprise and compliance impact assessments
- Business process modelling (as-is/to-be, BPMN)
- Elicitation and documentation of business requirements
- Requirements traceability across the full delivery lifecycle
- Deliver analysis outputs aligned to internal governance and industry best practices
- Influence and challenge stakeholders to ensure business needs are well understood and clearly articulated
- Manage competing priorities and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated ability to work on major transformation and/or regulatory initiatives
- Exposure to enterprise risk, compliance, or regulatory change
- End-to-end business analysis experience across large enterprise programs
- Expertise in process modelling (BPMN), requirements management, and impact assessments
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and proactively driving clarity and outcomes
